Product Overview
SS crossover benches are fabricated from premium-grade SS 304 or SS 316 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability for pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments. The structure is built using precision CNC-bent sheets ranging from 1.0 mm to 1.2 mm thickness, ensuring smooth edges and accurate dimensions.
All joints are TIG welded to create a seamless, strong, and leak-proof construction, followed by thorough grinding for a uniform surface finish. The bench is supported by a sturdy frame for enhanced stability. The complete unit is available in a matte or Scotch Brite finish to meet cleanroom hygiene standards, with an optional mirror finish upon request.
