Product Overview
SS cabinets are manufactured using high-quality SS 304 or SS 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and long service life. The cabinet body is typically constructed from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm thick sheets, fabricated using precision CNC bending for accurate dimensions and smooth edges.
All joints are TIG welded to provide a strong, seamless construction, followed by fine grinding for a uniform finish. The cabinet includes adjustable racks, trays, or holders designed for organized storage, including applications such as HPLC columns or dies & punches. Doors are equipped with secure locking systems and optional glass or acrylic viewing panels. The surface is available in matte or Scotch Brite finish, making it suitable for hygienic and cleanroom environments.
