Mobile Laminar Air Flow Unit is designed for transporting sterile products such as rubber stoppers, caps, sterile garments, vials, and ampoules under ISO Class 5 / Class 100 conditions. It maintains a particle-free environment during movement within controlled areas in pharmaceutical industries.
Working Principle & Features
MLAF provides a positive pressure HEPA filtered air environment with either vertical or horizontal airflow. It ensures continuous recirculated sterile airflow to maintain cleanliness while transporting materials between cleanroom zones.
The unit is battery operated and designed to maintain ISO Class 5 cleanliness even during movement. It can be customized in horizontal or vertical airflow configuration as per requirement.
